Our fees are as follows:

 

​Initial Consultation (30 mins)                                 £230.00

Follow Up Consultations (30mins)                       £170.00

Any procedures required at your out patient consultation will incur a separate fee. These could include the following which are for bowel related conditions:

​

Sigmoidoscopy                                                          £110.00

Injection sclerotherapy                                            £120.00

Please note we require 24 hours notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  If we receive less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of £50.00 may be charged.

If you are uninsured and are self paying please note that settlement of fees are required on the day of your appointment. We accept all major credit/debit cards, BACS transfer or cheque payment

Consultations in person are always to be preferred. However if under given circumstances this is not possible, telephone conversations may be available. Charges for this service are at a rate of £100.00 for up to 30mins of interaction.

Following your consultation, you may need certain tests (such as blood tests or imaging, for example an X-ray, MRI or CT scan) to help diagnose your condition.  If the test is undertaken by the clinic or hospital, and not by Mr Springall, the fees for those tests will be determined by the clinic or hospital and charged to you, or your private medical insurer, separately.

If you are insured with AXA PPP we are a fee assured specialist and will charge within their guidelines.
